Claiming to cut jobs when he\u2019s really just moving people around so it looks like he\u2019s being fiscally responsible? \u00a0Say it ain\u2019t so, guv.<\/p>\n<p>Actually, the governor didn\u2019t say anything in response to <a href=\"http:\/\/www.krqe.com\/dpp\/news\/larry_barker\/digging-deeper-into-governor-bill-richardsons-hires\">Tuesday\u2019s report<\/a> from KRQE-TV investigative reporter Larry Barker.
