I could find no such funding in the bill, but have asked lawmakers and the governor\u2019s office for confirmation.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><o:p> <\/o:p><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><st1:city st=\"on\"><st1:place st=\"on\">Richardson<\/st1:place><\/st1:city>\u2019s office had pledged to seek the funding from the conference committee after lawmakers left it out of the Senate and House versions of the budget bill.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Legislature has sent the state budget to Gov.
