I certainly don\u2019t support the use of marijuana, but I don\u2019t put it in the same category as cocaine,\u201d Turner said.<\/p>\n<p>Here is the full statement Turner gave to NMPolitics.net last week when asked if he had ever used any illegal drug:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI tried marijuana between high school and college,\u201d Turner said in an e-mail sent via his campaign spokesman, Stephen Dinkel. Turner said he has never used any other illegal drug.<\/p>\n<p>Here\u2019s a partial transcript of Turner\u2019s conversation with Villanucci:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><strong>Villanucci<\/strong>: \u201cAny cocaine or hard drugs in your past?\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>Turner<\/strong>: \u201cNo. None. I have \u2013\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>Villanucci:<\/strong> \u201cYou drink?\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>Turner:<\/strong> \u201cI, sure, I enjoy a glass of wine. I\u2019m not a big cocktail drinker. You know, I have a, I have a, I have a great family, I have a, you know, when I\u2019m not campaigning, I get to spend more time with my kids and my wife, but otherwise, you know, I\u2019ve got a speeding ticket if anyone was doing opposition research against me\u2026\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Turner said Saturday that Villanucci was firing questions at him fairly quickly during the interview.
