Currently, the program is not available in 13 counties.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><o:p> <\/o:p><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><a onblur=\"try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}\" href=\"http:\/\/3.bp.blogspot.com\/_IabUCQmoheQ\/RdN0CzSe5aI\/AAAAAAAAA70\/Ck-oaDhmJXk\/s1600-h\/Steinborn,+Jeff.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"margin: 0pt 10px 10px 0pt; float: left; cursor: pointer;\" src=\"http:\/\/3.bp.blogspot.com\/_IabUCQmoheQ\/RdN0CzSe5aI\/AAAAAAAAA70\/Ck-oaDhmJXk\/s200\/Steinborn,+Jeff.jpg\" alt=\"\" id=\"BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5031492800179266978\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a>\u201cI can think of no better investment in <st1:state st=\"on\"><st1:place st=\"on\">New Mexico<\/st1:place><\/st1:state>\u2019s future than investing in our children, especially our at-risk children,\u201d Steinborn said in a news release.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><o:p> <\/o:p><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">Las Cruces Mayor Pro Tem <a href=\"http:\/\/www.las-cruces.org\/council\/district2.shtm\" target=\"_blank\">Dolores Connor<\/a>, who is the president of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Las Cruces, was in <st1:city st=\"on\"><st1:place st=\"on\">Santa Fe<\/st1:place><\/st1:city> when Steinborn\u2019s memorial was approved. She was honored on the House floor.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><o:p> <\/o:p><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">\u201cMentoring one-on-one with students is the best way for success,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Freshman Rep.
