Though there is such a group in the Albuquerque<\/st1:city> area, there isn\u2019t one in Southern New Mexico<\/st1:place>.<\/p>\n

Richardson, who has been silently building a base of Internet supporters for months, plans to participate in conference calls with several of the groups today, his deputy campaign manager told the Albuquerque Journal<\/a>. Amanda Cooper expects about 100 people at the meet-up in Boston<\/st1:city>, and another 35 at one in Minnesota<\/st1:state><\/st1:place>, for example.<\/p>\n

Grassroots support through the Internet appears to be a big part of Richardson<\/st1:place><\/st1:city>\u2019s campaign strategy.<\/p>\n

<\/o:p><\/p>\n

Organizers of the event, according to americaforrichardson.org<\/a>, are asking those who participate to write letters to Democratic Party leaders in Nevada<\/st1:state> to ask them to support Richardson<\/st1:city><\/st1:place>.<\/p>\n

<\/o:p><\/p>\n

Not everyone could meet today. Internet supporters of Richardson<\/st1:city> in Colorado<\/st1:state> plan to meet Saturday, most of them in Colorado Springs<\/st1:city><\/st1:place>.<\/p>\n

After talking with some of the groups this evening, Richardson plans to fly to Washington<\/st1:city>, D.C.<\/st1:state><\/st1:place> on Wednesday for a Thursday-morning speech at the Center for Strategic and International Studies, the Journal<\/a> reported.<\/p>\n

<\/o:p><\/p>\n

Many national pundits were impressed by Richardson<\/st1:place><\/st1:city>\u2019s weekend speech at the Democratic National Committee\u2019s winter meeting. He received more standing ovations than any other candidate who spoke.<\/p>\n
