Bill Richardson will be in <st1:city st=\"on\"><st1:place st=\"on\">Las Cruces<\/st1:place><\/st1:city> on Thursday to talk about his support for three multi-million dollar infrastructure projects in Southern Do\u00f1a Ana County.  <\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><o:p> <\/o:p><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">It will be his second trip to the city this week.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><o:p> <\/o:p><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><st1:city st=\"on\">Richardson<\/st1:city> will discuss the projects during a news conference at 2:45 p.m. at his <st1:place st=\"on\"><st1:city st=\"on\">Las Cruces<\/st1:city><\/st1:place> office, located at <a href=\"http:\/\/maps.google.com\/maps?f=q&#038;hl=en&amp;q=governor%27s+satellite+office,+505+south+main+street,+las+cruces&#038;ie=UTF8&amp;amp;amp;om=1&#038;z=15&amp;iwloc=A\" target=\"_blank\">505 South Main Street<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><o:p> <\/o:p><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">Few details were released, but <st1:city st=\"on\">Richardson<\/st1:city> spokesman Jon Goldstein said the governor would discuss three capital outlay proposals \u2013 two for <st1:place st=\"on\"><st1:placename st=\"on\">Sunland<\/st1:placename>  <st1:placetype st=\"on\">Park<\/st1:placetype><\/st1:place> and a third that deals with colonias \u2013 that total several million dollars.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><o:p> <\/o:p><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">The governor was in <st1:city st=\"on\"><st1:place st=\"on\">Las   Cruces<\/st1:place><\/st1:city> on Monday to promote passage of a proposed gross receipts tax increase to help fund <a href=\"http:\/\/www.spaceportamerica.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Spaceport America<\/a>. It was his first trip here since announcing himself as a candidate for president.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><o:p> <\/o:p><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">Goldstein said he didn\u2019t know if <st1:city st=\"on\">Richardson<\/st1:city> would do any campaigning while in <st1:place st=\"on\">Southern New Mexico<\/st1:place>. I\u2019m waiting to hear back from <st1:city st=\"on\"><st1:place st=\"on\">Richardson<\/st1:place><\/st1:city>\u2019s campaign. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Gov.
