It\u2019s going to be tough to sell Gov. Bill Richardson\u2019s set of ethics reform proposals to the Legislature. It\u2019s unfortunate that Richardson<\/st1:place><\/st1:city> didn\u2019t also propose compensation for legislators, but that would have made the package even tougher to pass.<\/p>\n
