For personal use only<\/strong> One-time publication rights One-time publication rights for use in a TV ad<\/strong> Gross receipts tax will be charged at a rate of 7.5625 percent.<\/p>\n Photos that are purchased for republication must be credited this way: \u201cNMPolitics.net photo.\u201d Credit must appear with the photograph.<\/p>\n Those who fail to credit NMPolitics.net will be billed an additional $25 if the image appears in print, on a Web site or in other media not including TV ads, and an additional $250 if the image appears in a TV ad.<\/p>\n One-time publication rights mean the photo can be published once in one item, for example, use in a brochure. If the purchaser plans to use the image in a brochure and on a poster, for example, purchaser must publish separate one-time publication rights for each.<\/p>\n
