The Ethics Commission Act recently endorsed by the Legislature’s interim Courts, Corrections and Justice Committee is probably the best example of open, public, bipartisan government at work that I have been a part of in the last 25 years. Vigil-Giron to be laid off in January

After being indicted in August on 50 counts related to public corruption, former Secretary of State Rebecca Vigil-Giron was allowed to keep her job with the state Department of Workforce Solutions.
