Spaceport terminal, hangar drawings unveiled

Officials unveiled on Tuesday drawings of what will become the main hangar and terminal at Spaceport America.

The structure will be designed to have minimal impact on the environment, and officials call it an almost “carbon neutral” building. The terminal and hangar are estimated to cost $31 million. The total cost for the main facility, planned to be leased to Virgin Galactic, is $198 million.
