There are actually 412 provisional ballots left

There were 571 provisional ballot envelopes, but it turns out there were only 570 provisional ballots. That means there are 412 ballots left.

Elections workers are back from lunch and counting again, and I’m at the Doña Ana County Government Center with them. I’ll have another update soon.
