With the vote extremely close, Doña Ana County Elections Supervisor Lynn Ellins predicted we won’t know the result tonight.
Though it’s too early to know how many provisional ballots were cast, he said there are “a lot.”
“I think this is going to be decided in the provisionals,” Ellins said.
