Bush to give State of the Union address tonight

President Bush is set to give his annual State of the Union address to a joint session of Congress tonight at 7 p.m. Mountain Standard Time. He’s expected to reinforce his strategy in Iraq and call for the cutting of gasoline usage in the United States by 20 percent.
