Republican U.S. Senate candidate Heather Wilson announced today that she has agreed to three debates with primary opponent Greg Sowards.
Here are the details:
- The first will be held March 1 at noon at the Red Lion Inn, 700 Scott Avenue in Farmington. The debate is hosted by Four Corners Federated Republican Women.
- The second will be March 24 at 7 p.m. at East Gate Church, 12120 Copper Ave. NE in Albuquerque. The event is hosted by the Albuquerque Tea Party.
- The third will be April 12 at 6 p.m. at First National Bank, 414 10th St. in Alamogordo. The event is hosted by the Otero County Republican Party.
The Democratic U.S. Senate candidates, Martin Heinrich and Hector Balderas, haven’t announced a debate schedule.
