Mike Murphy
The judge presiding over the bribery case against District Judge Mike Murphy has denied several motions seeking the dismissal of the charges.
Murphy’s attorney, Michael Stout, first filed motions in early July seeking to have the charges dropped based on a number of procedural issues. Judge Leslie C. Smith denied six motions to dismiss earlier this week.
