Susana Martinez has a huge lead early in San Juan County in the Republican gubernatorial race.
Martinez is leading Allen Weh with 1,672 votes, or 64.36 percent, to Allen Weh’s 508 votes, or 19.55 percent. Pete Domenici Jr. is at 7.74 percent, Doug Turner is at 6.47 percent and Janice Arnold-Jones is at 1.89 percent.
In San Juan County, Brian Colón leads in the Democratic lieutenant governor’s race. Ray Powell and Sandy Jones are tied in the Democratic land commissioner race. John Sanchez leads in the Republican lieutenant governor’s race. Matt Rush leads in the Republican land commissioner race. Linda Vanzi leads in the Democratic appeals judge primary.
