Ben L. Hall
Ben Hall of Ruidoso won the Public Regulation Commission District 5 GOP nomination today and will face Democrat Bill McCamley in November.
With 99 percent of precincts reporting, Hall had 36 percent of the vote to Kent Evans’ 33 percent, Jamie Estrada’s 21 percent and Robert Maez’s 10 percent.
