A district judge ordered the Secretary of State’s Office to put two more House candidates back on the ballot today after it disqualified them last week.

The judge ordered both David Doyle and Thomas Molitor back on the ballot in the Republican House District 23 primary, Deputy Secretary of State Don Francisco Trujillo II confirmed.

The secretary of state had disqualified both from the ballot because they submitted nominating petitions with both counties the district represents listed on each page.

There’s a third Republican in that primary, Paul Pacheco. The winner will face incumbent Rep. Ben Rodefer, D-Corrales, in November.

On Thursday, another judge ordered the secretary of state to put Democrat Billy W. Moore back on the ballot in the House District 5 race after the office disqualified him because he submitted some petition signatures on the major-party form and others on the form for minor-party candidates.
