Former U.S. Sen. Pete Domenici, R-N.M., will spend next week traveling around the state with his son to promote the younger Domenici’s gubernatorial campaign.
Stops are planned in Albuquerque, Rio Rancho, Santa Fe, Los Alamos, Las Vegas, Hobbs and Carlsbad, “as well as some other communities still in the planning stages,” according to a news release from the campaign of Pete Domenici Jr.
“I’m pleased my dad is excited to hit the trail with me,” Domenici Jr. said in the release. “We both love this state so much, and to be able to visit many parts of it with each other reminds me of the times over the years we’ve traveled the state together.”
No details about times and locations were immediately available.
