The majority of those who voted in last week’s non-scientific poll on this site said they approve of the job William Payne is doing as minority whip in the state Senate.
Of 283 voters, 207, or 73 percent, said they approve of the job he’s doing, while 61, or 22 percent, said they do not. Fifteen, or 5 percent, said they don’t know.
