Most votes in poll cast against public option and co-ops

The majority of votes cast in last week’s non-scientific poll on this site were from people who support neither a public option nor non-profit co-ops in the health-care reform debate.

Of 551 votes cast, 285, or 52 percent, went to supporting neither option, while 205, or 37 percent, went to support for a public option, and 47, or 9 percent, went to support for nonprofit co-ops. Fourteen voters, or 3 percent, said they don’t know which idea they support.

Don’t forget to vote in this week’s poll, located at the top of the left column on the home page.
