‘On to the West,’ Richardson says

Gov. Bill Richardson just gave a speech saying money won’t keep him down and touting his proposals on health care and education.

With almost half of precincts reporting, he’s at 5 percent in New Hampshire.

“I am happy. I am honored. I feel good. I’m positive about this country. I feel good about changing America,” Richardson said. “Thank you! Thank you New Hampshire! Thank you for all you did for us! On to the West!”
