Election Day has arrived in Las Cruces

Election Day has arrived in Las Cruces. From 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., Las Crucens will go to the polls today to cast votes in races for mayor, presiding municipal judge and city council districts 1, 2 and 4.

I’ll post election updates during the day if they’re warranted, and will have complete coverage, including election results, beginning shortly after the polls close at 7 p.m., so check back throughout the evening.

The election results will also be televised live tonight on the city’s public access channel, Comcast channel 20, and on the city’s Web site, las-cruces.org. The city expects to have final results by 8:30 or 9 p.m.
