I reported in June that Las Cruces developer Philip Philippou wasn’t giving any money to the New Mexico State University Foundation to help pay former men’s basketball coach Reggie Theus or President Michael Martin. Now, Philippou has released his giving records to the Las Cruces Sun-News to prove it.
