Las Cruces Public Schools Board Member Leonel Briseño arrived at the board meeting at about 5:25 p.m. Board members are now hearing a presentation from their attorneys on the investigation into the actions of Superintendent Sonia Diaz.
Attorneys John Kennedy and Andrew Sanchez are both present to make the presentation.
