The New Mexico Supreme Court has permanently removed suspended Doña Ana County Magistrate Judge Carlos Garza from the bench.
The move follows Garza’s much anticipated hearing this morning before the high court.
Because of the Las Cruces Public Schools situation, this one is going to have to wait until later today.
